    The Leutascher Ache

    This flat walking path runs right along the river near the campground. A wonderfully relaxing route where your dog can sniff around and splash its paws in the cool water.

    Hike to the Leutascher Geisterklamm

    From the campground, it’s just a short walk to this impressive gorge. You walk high above the churning water on specially constructed steel walkways. 

    Toward the Gaistal

    Walk upstream from the campground straight into the impressive Gaistal Valley. This green valley is full of cozy alpine huts, such as the Gaistalalm, where you can enjoy a relaxing break.

    Walking along the Rosanna

    From the campground, you can easily walk along the flat, shaded path beside the Rosanna River. From here, you can easily walk to nearby Schnann or toward St. Anton.

    The Stöckl Trail to the Nessler Alm

    A beautiful cultural and nature walk that starts right in Pettneu. The trail leads you through forests and alpine meadows up to the Nessler Alm.

    The Malfonbach & Malfon Alm

    Hike from the park along the babbling Malfonbach stream up to the Malfon Alm. A forest trail with a gentle incline and impressive views of the mountain peaks.

✦ What should I keep in mind when traveling with my dog?

To travel to Austria, your dog must have a European pet passport, the microchip must be registered, and a valid rabies vaccination is required.

✦ Can my dog ride the mountain lifts?

Yes, dogs are allowed on most mountain lifts in the areas around Leutasch and the Arlberg. This way, you can easily enjoy the highest mountain peaks together! Please note that leashes are required in the elevators.
