Skiing area am Arlberg

Arlberg is the largest contiguous skiing area in Austria and one of the 5 largest skiing areas in the world! It is known as the origin of alpine skiing. More than 300 kilometers of ski slopes have been set out here for both beginning winter sports lovers and those with experience; and for freestylers, there are first–class snow parks and fun slopes. You will also find 88 cable cars and more than 200 kilometers of deep–snow descents. On average, about 9 meters of snow falls here in the winter, making this area one of the destinations in the Austrian Alps with the most snow assurance.

Skiing region Seefeld

This area has approximately 30 kilometers of ski slopes that vary in altitude from 1,100 to 2,065 meters. Whether you are an inexperienced or experienced skier or snowboarder, winter sports lovers of all levelswill get what they want here. You will find more than 19 kilometers of blue slopes, about 6 kilometers of red slopes, and another 5 kilometers of black slopes. There are also 29 drag lifts, 5 chair lifts, and 2 gondolas. With snowfall from December until April, the area around Camping Leutasch is one of the places in Tyrol with the most snow assurance. In addition, the gentle slopes are also very suitable for families with small children!

A wonderful vacation for everyone

Whether you are a fanatic winter sports lover or are taking up the challenge on the Austrian slopes for the very first time. Both skiing areas are suitable for beginning skiers or snowboarders as well as for the advanced. The different slopes offer a wide range of possibilities. Our campsites provide an unforgettable and unique camping experience. Do you want your dog to also enjoy a winter sports vacation? No problem! Your loyal four–legged friend can have a great time at our pet–friendly campsites.

    Winter hike

Take a winter hike through a pristine and breathtaking winter landscape or over the snow–capped mountains.  The panoramic view you will not soon forget. You can discover the marked routes on your own or with a group accompanied by a guide!

At Rennstecke Rendl Race you can compete; whether it is a fast descent on skis or on a sled. Especially for the little ones there is the Hoppelweg, where children learn to ski with ski rabbit Hoppel. In Hoppelwald, they will search for hidden animals.

    Cross–country skiing

The Leutasch area has no less than 250 kilometers of cross–country skiing trails. There is even a cross–country skiing trail that runs past Camping Leutasch. Seefeld is also home to a large cross–country skiing center that played an important role twice: the Olympic Games and the World Cup.

This is what previous guests asked us:

👧🏼Are the campsites child–friendly?

Yes, at both campsites you will find various facilities for the kids, such as a playground with swings and slides. They will also have fun on the slopes and there are various ski schools where the kids can learn to ski.  So you can also go to Austria Parks for a winter sports vacation with the whole family!

🧖🏼♀️ Is there also wellness near the campsites?

Absolutely! Wellness is not located right at our campsites but immediately next to them. You can use the swimming pool free of charge during your stay; wellness however can be used for a fee. This way, you can relax after a full day on the slopes so that you are ready to do it again the next day!
