The sanitary facilities are always available so you never have to wait for your turn, you have much more privacy, and you do not have to cross the campsite with your toiletries because you can just leave them. It is nice to be able to use the shower or toilet at any time.  You also never have to walk far because the sanitation cabin is right next to your tent, trailer, or camper. The camping lots also have 8 amps of electricity and a sewer and water connection. From your camping lot, you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
