Check-in times:

You can check in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. every day. During these hours, our staff is available to welcome you warmly and assist you with the check-in process.
 

Check-out times:
We kindly request that you check out on or before 11:00 a.m. Should you need more time or have a special request, please contact us in advance, so we can accommodate your wishes as best as possible.

Reception opening hours:
Monday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Thursday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. & 2 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Sunday: 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
During these hours, we will be ready to check you in upon arrival.

Out-of-hours arrivals:
If you expect to arrive outside business hours, please contact us prior to your arrival. You can send a Whatsapp/text message. In case of late arrival, we can make arrangements to leave your keys safely for you.
